The Dance Boss Workbook is unlike anything you've owned before.

Here at Dance Boss, we created a personal development course for dancers and packaged it all up into one lovely workbook.

From our own personal experience and a lot of market research, motivation and results come a lot quicker when you write things down by putting pen to paper. We love online courses, but somehow having a physical product to offer our dance community seemed much more fitting. Step into your spotlight is all about fully stepping into your spotlight and showing up as your most fabulous, amazing self, doing more of the things that light you up and creating a life you love waking up to.

ANXIETY BUSTERS

Anxiety busters has been designed to provide you with easy tools to get yourself out of an anxious state and fast. Break free from negative emotions by using actionable techniques from this section that you can practice anytime, anywhere.

SECTION EIGHT:

GOAL SETTING

Goal setting aims to help bring you some clarity, inspiration and excitement as you get really clear about what it is you want for your life and career as a dancer. In this section, you get to dream as big as you want and visualise your best self in a future of your making!
